WHEN: Friday afternoons at 4:00pm beginning Friday, May 4th and ending Friday, August 30th.

WHERE: HOKA NAZ Elite Performance Center. 1000 N. Humphreys St. Suite 200. AKA The Basha’s Plaza.

WHAT: Free and friendly group run for runners/walkers of all ages and abilities. 4-mile* or 6-mile* out-and-back on the beautiful Flagstaff Urban Trail.
*Feel free to go more or less as well. That’s the beauty of an out-and-back!

THE ROUTE: We’ll walk down out of the plaza and cross Columbus Ave./Fort Valley Rd. at Humphreys. The Run will begin there. Proceed northwest on the bike path parallel to Fort Valley toward Beal Rd. (across from the Chevron). Turn left on Beal past McMillan Rd and Navajo Dr. until you reach the Urban Trail. Turn right on the trail heading northwest. The 2-mile mark (roughly) is at N. Cobblestone Circle Rd. (the first intersection after “the big hill”). Turn around there if you want to go 4 miles. The 3-mile mark (roughly) is just past FALA school at the intersection of Fort Valley and Fremont Blvd./Shultz Pass Rd. Turn around there if you want to go 6 miles.

Will the NAZ athletes be there?
Though it depends on each athlete’s individual schedule, on most Fridays at least some of the NAZ athletes will be at the run!
